Monitor Aló is made up of a variety of sensors through which our support team monitors optimal performance levels in key elements of your telecommunications infrastructure, such as:
TRUNK AND SIP DEVICES
Check status and latency on SIP trunks; In addition, they monitor the performance of equipment such as Gateway, Switches and VoIP Routers.
BANDWIDTH
It measures the bandwidth and sends alerts when it is outside the established threshold. It also reports in case of network disconnection or incidents.
